Arquitetura residencial
Projetos para casas urbanas, casas de campo e residências em condomínio. O trabalho considera implantação, orientação solar, relação com o entorno, programa de necessidades, conforto ambiental, espacialidade, materiais e integração entre arquitetura, interiores e paisagismo.
Interiores
Projetos de interiores que definem layout, marcenaria, materiais, iluminação, mobiliário, acabamentos e detalhes de uso. O objetivo é construir ambientes com unidade, conforto e coerência, adequados à rotina e à identidade de cada cliente.
Reformas completas
Transformação de imóveis existentes por meio de novas relações entre espaço, circulação, luz natural e uso cotidiano. A atuação envolve estudo de possibilidades, reorganização dos ambientes, compatibilização com as condições existentes e detalhamento das soluções de arquitetura e interiores.
Acompanhamento de obra
Apoio técnico durante a execução, com visitas, alinhamentos com fornecedores e acompanhamento das decisões de obra. O foco é manter a fidelidade ao projeto, cuidar dos acabamentos e orientar ajustes necessários ao longo do processo.
Consultoria para reforma
Análise inicial de casas e apartamentos para entender o potencial de transformação do imóvel. Avaliamos distribuição dos ambientes, iluminação natural, ventilação, possibilidades de integração, e caminhos possíveis para a reforma.
